In my quest to get better at cooking, today I made a bacon potato sausage frittata. I didn’t realize how similar it is to the last recipe I tried. It called for a round dish, but I didn’t have one big enough, so I used the casserole dish we have. Then, at the last minute, I decided it needed something green and added spinach. Oh well, it was still yummy. 🙂 Next time, I’ll challenge myself to make something different.
